The quintessential Telluride log home you have been looking for! Set and tucked peacefully in the aspen and spruce forest this home enjoy’s privacy and exceptional sunsets. Classic Log mountain home with a genuine, rustic appeal and plentiful daylight. Perched in the spruce pines this 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 2 level private home is located in the Mountain Village Ski Ranches, just a short drive to the towns of Mountain Village and Telluride, with easy access to hiking, biking, skiing and golf. The home sits on 1.5 acres with a fantastic front porch and views of Mount Sneffels, plenty of lawn space and a great patio with outdoor dining and grill for outdoor entertaining.
The open floor plan on the main level allows for all guests to be together and enjoy the entertainment throughout the great room, dining area and kitchen. The social kitchen has views not only for the chef but also for those seated along with counter watching the preparation. The kitchen comes well-equipped and the floor to ceiling windows and wood burning fireplace provide a warm and comfortable ambiance, and a separate powder room is off of the great room. The master bedroom and bath are spacious and comfortable with a bright work area and desk with views. Walkout decks are located on this level, with a gas grill and dining table. A spacious loft overlooks the living space with staircase access and has a queen bed, work desk and a game table to add to this already comfortable, warm home.
The lower level has the ground floor entry off of the garage, spacious entry way and staircase leading to the living level.Four bedrooms consisting of two Queen bedrooms, one king bedroom en suite and a bunk room with four twin beds, all rooms are comfortable and spacious and bright, easy access to the ground level deck and the large hot tub to soak up the views.
