This stunning custom log home sits on three pristine acres with outrageous mountain views and is just a short drive to Telluride or Mountain Village. The Aldasoro Ranch location is truly a special part of the Telluride area -- spacious, serene and scenic, yet easy access to all of the action.
When entering this three level residence on the main level, you are blessed with sunshine from the floor to ceiling windows throughout the great room, dining room and kitchen. The vaulted ceilings in the living area and kitchen are complemented with the grand double-sided stone fireplace, which adds additional beauty and warmth to your spirit. The views are endless, once you step foot outside you’ll have plenty of space to walk about or kick back and relax on the wrap around deck. The extensive open kitchen has custom wood cabinetry with plenty of counter seating, lounging space alongside the open fireplace and a stunning dining area. A full laundry and utility room is located off the kitchen with a private powder room across the hall. The living area is comfortable and cozy offering brand new high end furnishings and an incredible space for great conversation, a place to enjoy games, the views or just read by the fireplace or take a nap.
The upper level consists of two master bedrooms with a small loft den overlooking the living area with a desk and seating to allow for a little private time. The views continue in the spacious master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, king bed with an ensuite bathroom with jetted tub and a walk-in steam shower, double vanity and walk-in closet. The guest master also has vaulted ceilings with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom walk-in shower and is quite spacious.
The lower level consists of a simple media area with flat screen TV and wet bar. There is a sauna on this level, located in the hall outside the two bedrooms and this hallway leads to the exterior where you will find a private covered hot tub. The guest bedroom on this level has a queen bed with a Jack-n-Jill bathroom and walk-in shower. The spacious bunkroom has two sets of bunks; Full (bottom) with Twin (top) and Twin (bottom) & Twin (top) with ensuite bathroom has a step-in shower/tub and walk-in closet. This level also has a washer and dryer.
Across from main entrance connected by the porte cochere is a private studio with a pullout sofa bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The studio has a kitchenette, comfy couch and full privacy. You are allotted 1 parking space in the garage and overflow parking for 3-4 vehicles is in the large driveway. Even though the driveway is plowed the winter, we recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle while visiting Telluride during the ski season.
