Holiday House Casia is a newly built, charming house in a quiet rural area on the outskirts of Zadar County. It is located in Murvica, just a short drive away from the historical town of Zadar.
The house is on the ground floor, which provides a continuous flow between the living area, sleeping area and the outdoors. On the 400 m2 property there is a swimming pool with sunloungers, a BBQ area, and an outdoor furniture equipped covered terrace. The property garden is just a small piece of greenery, as the house is surrounded with nature.
Inside, you will find an open-concept living area with a living room, dining room and kitchen, with a direct exit to the terrace.
There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a convertible double sofa for accommodating a maximum of 6 guests. One bathroom with shower is available.
The house has 2 parking spaces on the property, cable TV, Wi-Fi throughout, and 3 individually controled A/C-s.
Pets are allowed with an additional fee.
