As your host, I’ll be available from 8 am to 9 pm seven days a week. The preferred method of communication is via the platform but if you have an immediate need you can call me by phone.
This charming seaside village is located in the southeast corner of the state with panoramic views of CT, RI and NY. Yankee Magazine voted Stonington one of the “Top 10 Prettiest Coastal Towns in New England” for its mile-long beaches, historic seaside homes, and eclectic shops and boutiques.
The Town of Stonington is situated in the southeastern corner of Connecticut, bordering Westerly, Rhode Island to the east, Long Island Sound to the south, Groton, Ledyard, and North Stonington to the west and north. Stonington is the only Connecticut town facing the Atlantic Ocean. Fishers Island and Long Island, New York, can be seen to the southwest and Block Island, Rhode Island to the southeast. The rocky shoreline has many peninsulas, islands, coves, and marshes.
Stonington boasts a combination of seaside and semi-rural working and living neighborhoods. The Town is within two hours or less of major research and transportation centers in Boston, Providence, New Haven, Hartford, and New York City. Access via I-95 is minutes away. Airports are located nearby in Groton, Hartford, Providence, Rhode Island and Boston, Massachusetts. Amtrak train stations are located in the Village of Mystic within the Town of Stonington, and in New London and Westerly, Rhode Island.

Parking is free and there’s plenty of space. Garage is off limits for guests.
The guest has access to the entire place (except garage), laundry, and backyard.
Hot tub fits 9 and it is also a swim spa.
Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.
**We are pet friendly and there’s an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.
**Max occupancy at all times is 8. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered. Small gatherings and events need to be arranged with host ahead of time and a special deposit is required.
**Pack n play and high chair are available upon request.
We use integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at Property Manager. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.
**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24
**There is central air, note: the A/C is set at between 68-80.
**There is a ring camera at the front door, backyard and an additional camera that monitors the driveway
