• As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed.
• A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.

This light and airy apartment with two bedrooms is located in the centre of Cannes within short walking distance to the Palais des Festivals. It offers great sea views and has been recently renovated in full. The apartment is fully air-conditioned.
From the entrance hall, you have access to the living and kitchen/dining area which has an open-plan layout. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern conveniences and has a dining area which can seat 5 guests. Large French doors lead to the large balcony running alongside the apartment.
The bedrooms are accessible through the entrance hall and both have their own bathroom. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is equipped with a double bed whereas the second bedroom with adjacent bathroom can be set up as a twin or a double.
All the rooms benefit from panoramic views and have access to the balcony.
