Bright and spacious 3 bedroom terrace house:
• Ground floor: modern Kitchen/Dining Room opening to Sitting Room and a Cloakroom. Small enclosed back garden.
• First Floor: 2 double bedrooms and 1 family bathroom with bath/shower.
• Second Floor: 1 spacious double bedroom
Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome, but we ask for £35 per pet per week.

Renovated to a high standard, this terrace house provides excellent accommodation over 3 floors. The ground floor has an entrance hall with a large storage cupboard, WC and also a large open plan kitchen/dining/living room which has French doors out to a small rear garden.
The first floor provides 2 good size double bedrooms and a bathroom. The large master bedroom is situated on the second floor.
The property has an allocated parking space for 1 vehicle at the rear.
Walking distance to the city centre – Market Square approx 25 minutes
Cambridge city centre 1 mile, Addenbrooke’s Hospital/Biomedical Campus 2 miles, Cambridge Mainline Railway Station 1 mile, A14 3 miles and M11a further 5 miles, Science Park 4.5 miles (distances are approximate).

The property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac off Mill Road. This area of the city is a popular location and provides a wide variety of amenities and social events throughout the year. Mill Road runs from Perne Road to the east through to Parker's Piece to the west. The road provides many cafes, bistros, restaurants and food shops - from larger chains through to smaller independent fruit and vegetable shops, cycle shops, pubs and charity shops.
