The layout and shared spaces of the villa: There are 2 identical structures opposite each other, each with 2 bedrooms. The ground floor has a spacious living area, kitchen and bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and private balcony. A flight of stairs leads you to a common seating area and another bedroom ensuite bathroom and private balcony. There is a 3rd structure on the same premises which serves as a common lounging area with a living room and the main kitchen. The outdoor areas like the pool and lawn are shared as well.
