Villa Taramille consists of 3 beautiful traditional Javanese joglo-style pavilions surrounding a tropical garden with a green grass lawn and a swimming-pool in the center. This 4-bedroom villa catches a lot of light, giving it a very bright and warm atmosphere. This is a great place for families or groups of friends who like to have a quiet private retreat yet still enjoy the convenience of being close to the busy center where all the action is.
The living area of villa Taramille is situated in the main pavilion and it is open to the garden and pool-side. The living area looks modern and bright with warm light colors, arts, wooden furniture and a terrazzo floor. In the middle of the room, underneath a white-washed wooden structure, you will find the dining area which can be separated from the rest of the room by closing it’s white curtains. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
