The villa is just 5-10 minutes walk to the beach and nearby cafes. 2 of the bedrooms has connecting door and situated facing the grand 16 meter swimming pool, perfect for families. The master suite enjoys a section of the home tucked away from the main living space with dedicated working table! The kitchen is located in a unique bale, in between the master suite and the communal pool area. To make your holiday more memorable, there is also a cook service and staff who can assist you with local cuisine in the comfort of your own home.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
