The team behind District17 is pleased to present you the newest aparthotel in the heart of the city: House of Property Manager. 5 exclusive boutique apartments, designed with attention to the smallest detail, are located in a beautiful renovated tenement house from the 19th century. The house is inscribed on the list of monuments of the former Krakow Śródmieście district. Preserved in the style of a bourgeois traditional home, today it consists of 5 apartments representing 3 styles of Krakow: loft-industrial, neoclassical and contemporary.
Apartment guests can use the private wellness area free of charge consisting of a sauna, gym and separate bathroom. Guests can use beautiful private courtyard with bikes for the exclusive use of the aparthotel. The apartments are equipped with high-class electronics / household appliances and designed according to the latest design trends.
House of Property Manager is a place for customers who want comfort and modern amenities, and who value intimacy, peace and individuality.
This apartment is located on the 3rd floor, building is equipped with an elevator.
Apartment can fit up to 8 people. It consists of:
- Large living room with convertible sofa bed, that thanks to glazing door can make a separate bedroom
- 2 separate bedrooms with kingsize beds
- 1 bathroom with a shower
- spacious fully equipped kitchen, connected with a dining area and another living space with sofa bed.

For our guests we offer breakfasts with delivery to the apartment. The cost of breakfast is 30 PLN / 7 EUR per person.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1.Breakfasts are delivered to the apartments daily between 7:00 and 9:00 am.
2.Breakfasts are to be chosen from a menu which is sent after making a payment
3.Breakfast must be ordered no later than 6pm for the next day

Guests have access to the entire apartment and building. Everything is included in price and at guest’s disposal, including professional hotel bedlinen, shower gel, shampoo and other essentials.
Guests can ask for concierge services any time during their stay.
Coffee, tea and basic cooking amenities are provided. There is no actual breakfast offered in the apartment. However guests get exclusive discounts to local restaurants where they can enjoy one.

Property Manager is the new breed of serviced apartments, hosting is what we do. We interact with our guests as much as needed, helping them organize their trip, ensuring flawless stay and high quality of service. We offer concierge services with local recommendations and our own transfer services. Our guests can book a breakfast to the apartment or request a room service. Our contactless self check-in procedure guarantees full safety and comfort of 24h/7 check in. Shall it be necessary, our local team is ready to meet you in person anytime.

Kraków Krzywa street is the very center of the Old Town, yet quiet, peaceful street. Thus, within 2 minutes walk you get to the Main Square, a 10 minute walk separates us from the main Railway/Bus station and Krakow Gallery.

The flat is placed near tramway stops and a bus stop, on the right of apartment. Therefore if you get from the airport by train you only have to pass 500m. All main tramway lines are available.

~Notes~
In view of apartment’s character and location we kindly ask to abide our House Rules. Primarily please remember about quiet hours from 22:00 till 6:00 (organizing party is strictly forbidden) as well as not smoking in the apartment.
~House Rules~
Make yourself at home and please take care of our place like if it was yours.
1. Turn off the light when you are not using it.
2. Don’t let unverified people inside the apartment.
3. You are entirely responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your stay. Guests will be charged with any damages to property if occurred.
4. People not listed in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
5. Parties, events, anniversaries or birthday events are strictly forbidden if not discussed previously with the host.
6. Before leaving the house make sure are all windows are closed.
7. This is a non smoking apartment. A one time penalty fee will be applied if violated.
8. Late check outs are charged an extra fee of 15 EUR per 1 hour.
9. Parking if available is paid as extra fee of 15 EUR / day, unless agreed or written in the description otherwise.
