The quaint outdoor space with a hot tub and firepit is the perfect place to relax after spending time shopping on Main Street, wine tasting, visiting the Pacific war museum, hiking Enchanted Rock, and so many other activities Fredericksburg offers. The modern and luxurious living room provides a special place to gather and play a fun game or watch a movie, and the spacious kitchen is just the place to make a snack, heat leftovers from a favorite dining spot, or cook an entire meal. With three cozy bedrooms, the home will sleep up to six guests. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a uniquely made wooden sink countertop and a tub/shower combo. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and share a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present. Easy Check-In Process We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you’d prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $62.54 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay!
