The Space:
The open concept kitchen and living area will greet you when you first enter this home, and put you instantly at ease with the tasteful decor and impressive amenities.
The living room is furnished with an armchair, coffee table and comfortable leather couch facing a mounted TV. The adjoining dining area includes a large dining table that seats six.
The gorgeous kitchen at the back of the house boasts floor to ceiling cabinetry and marble countertops - plenty of space for preparing and enjoying meals with your group. The kitchen island also doubles as a breakfast bar with additional seating for three.
Just off the living area is a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience, as well as built-ins with space to store shoes and coats.
The primary bedroom is a meticulously designed sanctuary furnished with a king bed, mounted TV and large walk-in closet. It also includes a marble-tiled ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, bathtub and separate shower.
Bedroom 2 is furnished with a queen bed and mounted TV. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a comfortable full-sized bed. Both provide a ceiling fan and lots of natural light for a place to rest with ease. These two bedrooms share an elegant hall bath with tub/shower combo.
In addition to the wonderful amenities indoors, there is also a half back deck with table and chairs should you prefer to enjoy your morning coffee with some fresh air!

About a decade ago, the Big Four Bridge was opened that directly connects charming downtown Jeffersonville with the amazing Waterfront Park in Louisville (15 min drive). This allows for a scenic stroll across the beautiful Ohio River anytime and gives you easy access to all of the surrounding activities, including huge events like the world-famous Kentucky Derby, held in the Churchill Downs racecourse in Louisville (19 min drive), every spring.
Jeffersonville is also home to diverse and diverting local spots like the NoCo Arts and Cultural District (10 min drive) and the entertaining Jeffersonville Riverstage (10 min drive), an outdoor arena that hosts local concerts and events.

All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Indiana Law.
🔹 The minimum rental age is 21. A picture ID must be provided to Property Manager Hospitality no less than 72 hours before arrival.
🔹 An accurate guest count must be provided
🔹Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.
🔹 No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
🔹 Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
🔹 No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
🔹 This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee, per pet. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).
🔹 Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
🔹 The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.
🔹If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.
Cleanliness:
This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.
Late Checkout:
Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we’ll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings with no past OTA reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from Property Manager Hospitality. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your OTA account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Internet/Cable:
Property Manager Hospitality is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.
Copyright Infringement:
Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.
Privacy:
This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.
Pest Control:
Please note we have rigorous pest control on all of our properties. Due to the beautiful tropical climate Florida has, it sometimes brings bugs. To find some is not uncommon and is something every south Florida home deals with. If you see a large amount any of our native “friends”, please take a picture or give us a call
Starter Supplies
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.
