The Pfeifer Cabin is a 3 bedroom/2 bath cabin that is surrounded by trees for excellent seclusion. The rental home has been extensively remodeled including the flooring, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen.
In the summer, the home is within walking distance to Patton Beach, Magic Carpet miniature golf course, Sierra Boat, 7-11, CB’s Bistro, Old Post Office coffee shop, Waterman’s Landing, Gar Woods Bar & Restaurant, and Carnelian Bay.
***Lake Tahoe is prone to wildfires and winter storms. Please note we do not move, cancel or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures and weather conditions.

This home does not have air conditioning! Portable fans provided.
After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages.
Please note Outdoor furniture and full use of deck may not available during winter months due to heavy snow!

Video Surveillance-The Property has security cameras facing drive way area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.
