Sunnyhill Cottage at Mastic Cottages offers a delightful Caribbean-style 3-bedroom cottage, providing a private retreat nestled amidst nature’s beauty. The cottage boasts a serene setting and is surrounded by lush vegetation, offering guests a tranquil and immersive experience.
Accommodation:
The master bedroom features a comfortable King-size bed and a flat-screen smart TV for entertainment. It also includes a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a convenient walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with a set of twin bunk beds, making it ideal for accommodating two children or two individuals sharing a room. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a half bath off the main living area, providing added convenience. A den/office space completes the layout of Sunnyhill Cottage.
Fully-Equipped for large families:
Designed to accommodate large families or multiple small families travelling together, the main living area features a fully equipped modern kitchen and a comfortable living room, creating an ideal space for socializing and spending quality time together. Central air conditioning ensures a comfortable temperature throughout the cottage, while WiFi keeps guests connected during their stay. Flat-screen smart TVs with Netflix and Apple TV capabilities are available in the living room and the master bedroom, offering a range of entertainment options.
Outdoor spaces at Sunnyhill Cottage include BBQ and lounge areas, allowing guests to savour the picturesque surroundings while enjoying a delicious meal or simply unwinding amidst the lush landscaping and grounds.

Inclusions:
To ensure a convenient and enjoyable stay, all necessary linens, including beach towels and bath towels, are provided. Bathroom toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and soap are also included.

For guests staying seven nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning service is offered.
Parties and weddings require prior consent, so it is advisable to provide details and seek permission before planning such events at the cottages.
Children are welcome at Sunnyhill Cottage, making it an excellent choice for families looking for a comfortable and family-friendly vacation rental. A pack ad play and high chair are available for the little ones upon request.

• Bus Service: A convenient 5-minute walk to the main road, North Side Road (also known as Old Robin Road in some sections), which is the main road nearby where public buses pass more frequently.
Supermarket and Sunday Closures:
Foster’s and Shopright Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food. Chisholm’s Grocery in Northside is around 15 minutes drive.
Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. However, this can be pre-ordered and delivered prior to arrival. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.
