In Chueca neighbourhood, one of the most cosmopolitan and sought-after districts in the city, right in the centre of Madrid. Very close to Gran Vía and Plaza de Cibeles. An unbeatable location for a short- or long-term stay in a city with so much to offer.
The apartment:
This apartment is housed in an old building: the entranceway leads to an inner courtyard with two staircases; take the right-hand staircase to the lift that will take you up to the apartment. Once you reach the top floor, you have to climb some steps to reach the attic.
Tastefully renovated with careful attention paid to every last detail, this apartment makes the most of light and space to offer the very best in comfort. It can sleep up to four: two on the sofa bed in the living room on the lower level and two in the upstairs bedroom.
The lower level is an open space comprising a living room, kitchen and dining room. A metal staircase leads up to the bedroom, with a comfortable double bed and a large bathroom with shower.
The open layout creates bright, spacious areas with an elegant, welcoming feel.
The apartment measures 25m2 built on the ground floor, upstairs is the same size.
The baby crib is subject to availability.

The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 30 that has to be paid in cash.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. We are not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard.
