Upon entry, you are welcomed by a great layout of the living areas and
kitchen. Relax on the couch and stream your favorite show from the television
or play some games. Enjoy the open design of the living room, dining area, and
kitchen. Cook dinner on the grill outside and enjoy dinner inside or out. The
kitchen is fully stocked with upgraded stainless-steel appliances and all the
gadgets.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in
shower and double vanity. Enjoy the split air conditioning in the primary
bedroom or open your lanai doors to the private backyard.
The two guests’ rooms have queen-sized beds and a bathroom located off the
hallway, so all guests have access. One of the rooms has its own lanai
entrance, and both have a great vibe.
The backyard is very private and features fruit trees, a meditation, fountain,
and a BBQ grill for guests’ use. Enjoy the use of the garage with a full
washer and dryer for guests’ use. Located in a quiet, family-friendly
neighborhood in Waikoloa Village, this home’s extra amenities include the use
of the community swimming pool and tennis courts and easy access to grocery,
banking, restaurants, and post office. You are only a short drive from
Hawaii’s best beaches, 5-Star resorts, and opportunities for shopping and
dining.
Please note: That this home doesn’t have central air conditioning. The primary
bedroom and one of the guest rooms has a wall air conditioner unit. This is in
a residential neighborhood.
