Pets are welcome. The Space: BEDROOMS - A drive through the meandering roads of Gulmarg laden with landscapes that are a sight to behold, step abode this quaint home to experience luxury living at its finest. - This property houses 3 well-furnished bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. - All rooms engulfed in subtle warm pastels exuding an authentic Kashmiri aura, offer a range of lavish amenities for utmost comfort. - Some of these include snug king-sized beds, extra mattresses, limited internet dongle access, a wardrobe, an electric kettle, an electric blanket, a small workstation, and ensuite bathrooms. - To keep the rooms warm and cosy, there are heaters arranged. The room on the ground floor offers an electric Bukhari, whereas the other two rooms are replete with electric and gas Bukhari. - Imagine waking up to unending vistas, a chilly breeze, and birdsongs. The two rooms on the first floor with an attached balcony offer the perfect space for such dreamy views. BATHROOMS - There are 3 ensuite bathrooms and 1 powder room - on the ground floor. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. - One of the ensuite bathrooms on the first floor also features a cosy bathtub. COMMON AREAS - With a warm and appeasing aura greeting you right from the first step you take into the premises of this uber-luxe abode which is a 20-minute drive away from Gulmarg, you will be in awe of the intricately designed cosy interiors! - The first space is the spacious living room on the ground floor with a snug sofa-style seating arrangement that can accommodate up to 8 people. - Replete with amenities such as a music system, internet dongle connection, and a gas Bukhari, this room is perfect for late-night gatherings with your tribe. - A little further away, the dining area with the circular table can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people at once. - Want to catch up on some of the up-and-coming rom-coms, thrillers, and series? There is another drawing room replete with a home-theatre system and indoor games. - Further up the winding staircase, each bedroom features a cosy balcony with a view that is sure to enthrall you.  - Adding more to its glory, this home is set amidst a 12000 sq. ft lawn that seems to blend in with the flora that encircles it. - With a few rustic elements, this makes up for the perfect space to engage in some delectable barbecue meals while huddling around the bonfire as the chilly air settles in at dusk. - These lush outdoors also offers a great place to engage in some fitness activities whether it be morning yoga sessions or a walk on the dewy grass.  KITCHEN - Guests have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. - It is replete with all the modern conveniences such as a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, water purifier, toaster, induction plate, mixer, and grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are provided. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. - Vegetarian meals which include either lunch or dinner and evening snacks can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 800 per meal, per adult. - Non-vegetarian meals which include either lunch or dinner and evening snacks can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per meal, per adult. - Guests are requested to adhere to the meal timings. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to all the shared amenities.  INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 7 AM to 10 PM. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. Guests can also play indoor and outdoor games such as chess, and Uno and catch up on their favourite movies and series. Reserve your evenings for a scrumptious barbecue meal while huddling around the bonfire. With an abundance of immersive experiences for each and every one, this charming abode is bound to leave you with a trove full of memories. ADD-ON SERVICES - Mutton barbecue meals can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 1800 per kg. - Chicken barbecue meals can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per kg. - Vegetarian barbecue meals can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 1200 per kg. - Fish barbecue meals can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 1800 per kg. - A bonfire setup can be arranged for the guests for an additional charge of Rs. 1000 per hour. - For any special celebrations, guests can avail of our services for an additional charge. - Guests can access the washing machine and clothes dryer for no additional charge. - Guests can also rent out a Royal Enfield (Model 2023 350CC meteor) at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 for 12 hours till 9 AM. The fuel will be at an additional charge over and above the rental charge. This experience is subject to availability. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is a pet-friendly property. However, guests are advised to take care and responsibility for their pets. Please note that any damage to the property will be borne by the guests. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support a few lights and appliances for up to 12 hours. Additionally, the 5 KVA generator can support geysers and heaters for up to 24 hours. - Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here. - Guests can stay connected with a complimentary internet dongle. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - The caretaker resides on the premises of the property. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room and external areas for security purposes. - Please note that the gas Bukhari’s cannot be used for more than 4 hours at a time. - This is a standalone property. HOUSE RULES - Alcohol consumption is not allowed.  - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.  - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.  - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.  - In case of any delays or other grievances, guests can reach out to guestsupport@Property Manager.com for assistance.
