This three-bedroom top-floor apartment boasts its own private balcony overlooking the Hausmannian rooftops within one of the more affluent neighbourhoods in Paris, with parks, foreign embassies and contemporary galleries and museums.
LIVING/DINING AREA
This apartment boasts a spacious entrance, a wide hallway with tall ceilings and herringbone parquet flooring throughout. The living room comes with an L-shaped sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a large flat-screen TV. There are large floor-to ceiling windows/ doors, onto a private balcony, which illuminate the six-person dining table
KITCHEN
There is a separate fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, boiler, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster as well as dinner-wear, cutlery and the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom is full of charm with a double bed, a feature fireplace and its own private balcony with a small table and chairs to enjoy looking out over Parisian Hausmannian architecture.
BATHROOM
There is a spacious bathroom with a shower over the bath tub and a sink. Please note that the toilet is separate.
BEDROOM 2
The second bedroom is bright, spacious and has air conditioning. There are two single beds as well as a decorative fireplace, a study desk and large glass double doors onto the balcony.
BEDROOM 3
The third bedroom follows a similar pattern but has one double king bed and one single bed.
OUTDOOR
Perhaps the most notable feature within this spectacular apartment is its’ private balcony, which can be accessed through several rooms.
**To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.**
Home truths:
No smoking, pets or parties. Please note that the apartment is equipped with one air-conditioning unit and two portable air-conditioning unit, keep in mind an exhaust tube needs to be placed out the window, leaving these slightly open during use. The third bedroom no longer has two double beds (as pictured) but one double and one single.When your booking has been confirmed, we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide an official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.
