The five air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms can accommodate up to three people each, with fresh linens and pillows provided in all rooms. The huge living area is welcoming and has many comfortable seating options, and the quirky furnishings spread throughout the villa are an art lover’s bliss. The living area opens up to a private swimming pool, deck, and a massive lawn. The villa has 5 attached washrooms, with an additional powder room available in the living area. The modern bathrooms have geysers for hot water supply, and essentials like towels and basic toiletries are provided. The villa has a huge private swimming pool with a deck, with sun beds dotted around the pool, making it tempting to spend most of your time lounging about and dipping into the pool. Bedrooms: (2 bedrooms on the ground floor & 3 on the first floor) - The villa has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms - Rooms on the 1st floor open up to a common balcony - Each bedroom can occupy up to 3 people with 1 bed and 1 extra mattress. - Fresh linens and pillows are provided in all rooms - Wardrobes are available in all the rooms Living Room: - The huge living area is welcoming and has offers many comfortable seating options. The quirky furnishings spread throughout the villa, are an art lover’s bliss. - Living area is completely air conditioned. - It opens up to a private swimming pool, deck and a massive lawn. Bathrooms: - The villa has 5 attached washrooms (one in each room) - Additional powder room is available in the living area - The bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply - Essentials like towels and basic toiletries are provided Pool: - The villa has a huge private swimming pool with a deck. - With sun beds dotted around the pool, you might want to spend most of your time lounging about, dipping into the pool. Guests have access to all the amenities on the property including the rooms, the private swimming pool, lawn. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. Parking is available at the property. I won’t be personally present at the property, but will be a call away for any kind of help. Our trained caretaker is available at the property to help you with any concerns and to make your stay comfortable. Villa is located in Awas, which is a 20 min drive from Mandwa Jetty. Various beaches is there in the vicinity, the closest one being Awas beach which is a 5 min walk from the villa. Private vehicles can be arranged at an additional cost. Guests can feel free to use the bicycles we have at the property. - Please note that our villa is a private homestay. So do expect a homely service - Guest capacity should be respected. Maximum of 15 guests allowed including children, maids etc. - We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. - We dont have a television available at the villa. - The villa has a full generator backup incase of any occasional power outages that occurs. - A Security deposit of Rs 20000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded within 72 hours of checkout. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additional. Late checkout is permitted only with a prior approval. -For security reasons CCTVs have been installed in the outdoor areas - A private speedboat can be arranged (except during monsoon) on request at an additional cost from gateway of India to Mandwa jetty and the other way round. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - BBQ Grill is provided with a chef at an additional cost and requires prior notice.
