Here’s a detailed layout of the property: Bedrooms: - The apartment has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms - The rooms have a balcony which opens up to a stunning view - Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms - Wardrobes are available in all the rooms Living Room: - The huge living area is welcoming and offers many comfortable seating options. - Living area is completely air-conditioned. Bathrooms: - The apartment has 2 attached washrooms (one in each room) - The bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water - Essentials like towels and basic toiletries are provided Swimming Pool: - The building has a rooftop pool that can be accessed by all guests staying at the property. Guests have access to all the amenities of the apartment including the rooms and the common swimming pool. Parking is available at the property. Verem and Nerul are two picturesque neighborhoods located in North Goa, India. Known for its tranquil and serene atmosphere, Verem boasts of lush green paddy fields, coconut groves and meandering streams. The best way to reach the villa is to book a prepaid taxi from the airport (We can help in booking that for you as well at a reasonable price). Airport is approximately 40 kms away. Nearest railway station is Thivim (~30 kms). - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. - There are occasional power cuts in Goa. We have a power backup available at the apartment to suffice basic needs. Air conditioners won’t work on the backup power supply. - A Security deposit of Rs 10000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded during checkout. - Being located in a gated community, we don’t allow loud music in the property. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.
