Villa RE is a beautiful villa located in a calm, rural area close to a charming town of Vinjerac, 25 km from the amazing historical town of Zadar. The villa provides a quiet environment for a relaxing holiday, as well as many amenities for entertainment of your family and friends.
The 200 m2 Villa is situated on a 1000 m2 plot. On the ground floor you will find a beautiful open-concept living space, which includes a living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, all with a direct exit to an amazing terrace and pool area. Also on the ground floor, there are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have an en-suite bathroom, an the other 2 share a bathroom. There is also an additional toilet on the ground floor.
The first floor is accessed from the outside and has it`s own entrance, as well as an additional kitchenette. There are 2 more bedrooms on the first floor. One has a double bed, and the other has a double bed and an extra bed. There is a bathroom and an additional toilet available.
The outdoors provide a multitude of amenities – a swimming pool, kid`s pool, covered BBQ area, sunloungers, a covered lanai gazebo, outdoor dining and seating area... The Villa has a sauna, a jacuzzi, gym a kid`s playground, a basketball court, SAT TV, Wi-Fi throughout and offers parking spaces.
Younger groups under the age of 23 are not allowed.
Pets are allowed with an additional fee.
