This beach-level condo has beautiful views of the dunes, lovely grounds, and a beautiful beachfront pool. The condo is newly updated and will sleep 8 guests. This property is tastefully decorated in pale blues and a soft grey color palette and has also been updated with granite, new stainless steel appliances (arriving soon), beautiful new living room furniture, comfortable furnishings, and a full-size washer and dryer in the property. This unique condo is on the beach level, which means you can walk right out of your patio doors and head to the beach or pool. If you enjoy grilling, then look no more. The BBQ grills are a short walk from your patio. Being on the beach level makes for a delightful vacation because you are only steps away from all of the great amenities like the indoor and outdoor pools, the indoor hot tubs, the fitness room, the sauna, and most impressive the beautiful beach! Other features of our condo include Gulf/beachfront primary bedroom with a king bed and a private bath. The 1st Guest bedroom features a king-size bed that is connected to the hall bath, and 2nd Guest bedroom features a king-size bed as well. There are new smart, flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms, as well as a new 65-inch flat-screen smart TV in the living area. We made sure to leave you with a well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals in the condo. The patio is also a perfect spot for dining outdoors or enjoying coffee each morning. Please note that parking is not included in our rates. They are to be purchased at the onsite Front Desk for $55 (rates subject to change) each. A max of 2 passes may be purchased.
