Damages
We understand accidents happen! Let us know if anything breaks so we can replace it for the next guests. We won’t charge for minor breakages like crockery.
Terms of Stay
A digitally signed agreement is required for bookings (sent via email) and we ask for ID to be provided. We take a security deposit or rental waiver for protection.

And it is so close to the best Norwich city panorama view (Ketts Hill) it is only 300 metres away!

The house is located in the southern part of Norwich and is within walking distance to the majority of restaurants, fresh markets, supermarkets.
Close to the train station and only a short walk from the bus routes. less than a mile from the centre.
