Across from Barn Hill Park awaits Cascadia, a charming four-bedroom home and carriage house big enough to host the entire family’s coastal adventures. After a full day of activities, kick back in an Adirondack chair on the covered front porch and watch mountain bikers make their way east to the Narnia Trail as you listen to the sounds of horses neighing in the pasture up the street. The front porch is the perfect place to cool down and relax after a paved or off-road bike ride, with sweeping views of the Farm District and Windgate Barn in the distance.
The living room has a large, soft sectional with space for the whole family to curl up around the warm gas fireplace for a movie. The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining spaces make it easy for everyone to stay connected, whether they are watching the big game from the sofa, working on a puzzle at the dining room table, or preparing a meal in the kitchen. Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Cascadia has an occupancy maximum of 10 guests and is a pet free home.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Cascadia. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
