The open-concept kitchen, living and dining rooms are ideal for keeping beach-goers of all ages connected. Cuddle up in front of the gas fireplace on chilly days or turn on the air conditioning on warm ones and enjoy each other’s company in the living room, where you can gather for your favorite sports team, movie, or TV show on the Smart TV. Just steps from the living room, the beautiful kitchen is well-appointed and ready for any sized meal. The broad kitchen island boasts lots of prep space, and the island’s barstool seating makes it easy to chat with the chef.
Just off the living room, the back deck offers stunning sweeping views of the forested hillside lining Elk Creek and the future Sunrise Pool, while you can hear the ocean in the background....

The Beach Ranch is located in the tranquil South Farm District. South Farm District is the best of both the farm and the ocean. Grab your mountain bike and head straight for the trailheads. Relax in the evening at the community fire pit. Stroll through other neighborhoods on your way to town center and the beach.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- The Beach Ranch has an occupancy maximum of 10 guests and 2 dogs. Dog fee will be collected after confirmation.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in The Beach Ranch. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Only use hot tubs between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
