Welcome to Tide Together, a fully-stocked, dog-friendly home – just two doors down from the Town Hall and across the street from shops, the gym and more!
Tide Together is the perfect destination for a family retreat, couple’s getaway, or vacation with friends. Located on the vibrant corner of Madison, East Main Park is right out the front door, and feels like your own personal lawn for playing catch, croquet, frisbee, family gatherings, or special events. A short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the indoor heated pool (which can be seen right out the back door, making trips to the pool quick and fun all year round!) Or hop over to main street to browse shops like SeaWorthy Home or Salty Dog, grab a pizza and growler to go at Frontager’s, groceries or a sandwich at the Market, a bottle or linger for wine tasting at Stowaway, morning coffee and pastries at the bakery, or a treat at Sweet Life. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Tide Together has an occupancy maximum of 10 guests and 2 dogs. Dog fee will be collected after confirmation.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Tide Together. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Only use hot tubs between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
