Welcome to Silver Seadream and South Farm! Only steps up from the outdoor pool, enjoy this corner of Seabrook with its vistas of forest and pasture. It is about a ten-minute walk to the shops or beach (via the Gnome Trail) yet far enough away so that the winds do not blow as strong (and therefore often notably warmer!), it is a great neighborhood to discover.
This south-facing home enjoys tons of natural light. Grab a cup of coffee and start the day sitting on the porch swing or rocking chairs on the large, covered front porch. Or on those days when it is just too nice to stay inside, enjoy the large, paved patio in back and soak in the afternoon sun, or sit around the propane firepit to enjoy the evenings and chase away any chill. Adjacent is a large hot tub, and a hot/cold water bib to comfortably wash off sand from feet and paws.

Silver Seadream is located in the tranquil South Farm District. South Farm District is the best of both the farm and the ocean. Grab your mountain bike and head straight for the trailheads. Relax in the evening at the community fire pit. Stroll through other neighborhoods on your way to town center and the beach.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Silver Seadream has an occupancy maximum of 10 guests and 2 dogs. Additional dog fee will be collected after confirmation.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Silver Seadream. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Only use hot tubs between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
