Welcome to Ocean Eyrie beach cottage, your home-away-from-home on the Washington Coast. Ocean Eyrie is a coastal farmhouse located in the serene South Farm District, which offers convenient access to the beach, the market, and all of the surrounding amenities!
Experience comfort and deep relaxation in our thoughtfully, and sustainably, furnished cottage. We support environmentally-sound practices, and much of the furniture and accessories found in Ocean Eyrie have been lovingly restored and given a second life. We hope that guests enjoy discovering our custom finishes, handmade décor, and original and vintage art.
We also hope that guests take time to explore all of the wonders of the Washington Coast! Whether returning from a day trip to Olympic National Park, a picnic at the beach, or just an outing to the market, guests will find a haven for rest and quiet reflection at Ocean Eyrie.

Ocean Eyrie is located in the tranquil South Farm District. South Farm District is the best of both the farm and the ocean. Grab your mountain bike and head straight for the trailheads. Relax in the evening at the community fire pit. Stroll through other neighborhoods on your way to town center and the beach.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Ocean Eyrie has an occupancy maximum of 5 guests and 2 dogs. Dog fee will be collected after confirmation.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Ocean Eyrie. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
