The Life of Riley is a home in the established neighborhood of the Alderwood District, just steps from the playground and basketball court, and future pickle ball court! It’s also close to the stables for visits to the ponies. And the indoor pool and Jacuzzi is just a short walk away.
Designed with family at the forefront, the owner and award-winning interior designer custom designed much of the interior for comfort and coziness, and with all the upscale amenities one would hope for in a home away from home. With beautiful living spaces and an open floor plan, this is the perfect home for entertaining and gathering the entire family.

Life of Riley is located in the charming Alderwood District. Just a 5 minute walk to town center and the beach. Grab a picnic basket and spend the day at Crescent Park. This huge park features outdoor games, a bocce ball court, community fire pits, the playground, the basketball court and the indoor pool.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Life of Riley has an occupancy maximum of 8 guests and is a pet free home. Owner does have pets
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Life of Riley. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
