Welcome to Let’s Run Away cottage in the South of Market neighborhood – perhaps the best location, right next to the town center and a short stroll to the beach and indoor pool. This new light and bright cottage is in the heart of town and just steps from restaurants, shops, gym, Town Hall and Town Green park overlooking the Pacific Ocean. A beautifully decorated cedar shingle cottage, this home has a large open floor plan that allows everyone to spend time together, while the main-floor primary suite provides just enough privacy. Start your mornings with coffee on the front porch while taking in the beautiful views of the conservation area directly across the street. Then end your days sharing stories and roasting s’mores by the fire pit. Like to cook? The gourmet kitchen includes quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas range and all the tools you’ll need to cook delicious meals. Traveling with kids? The bunk room is stocked with a variety of books, games and toys. Hauling equipment for an active beach break? There’s ample space for your bikes, kayaks, surfboards, etc. in a full height walk-in storage room under the porch. Prefer a more laid back escape? There are plenty of board games, puzzles, books and DVDs to choose from. Saving the planet on the way to and from? A universal electric car charger for guests is conveniently located in one of the two dedicated parking spaces.
