Welcome to Beach Bum cottage in the South of Market neighborhood- one of the best location for beauty of sunrises in the morning on the private balcony and it’s a very short walk to one of the 3 paths that lead to the beach.
Just steps away from town center with its unique shops, restaurants and the Town Green Park, where you can sit and listen to seasonal concerts on Friday nights. The park also offers wonderful views of the Pacific Ocean, a pickleball court, picnic tables. You can finish the night by sitting at the fire pit which is great for making s’mores and much more!
The bright and open main floor plan features a fireplace in the living room, a big dining room table; the fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas range with all the tools to cook a wonderful meal. There is also a peninsula with chairs so you can visit while you cook.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Beach Bum has an occupancy maximum of 10 guests and 2 dogs. Additional dog fee will be collected after confirmation.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Beach Bum. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Only use hot tubs between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
