The accommodation is located in the heart of Ortigia, the marvelous historic center of Syracuse, less than 200 meters from the Duomo and within walking distance of all the main attractions.
The apartment consists of a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The inside is organized as follows:

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Smoking is forbidden (our apartments are entirely smoke-free)
- To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the tourist tax (4% of the cost of the stay up to a maximum of €5.00 per person per night of stay, up to a maximum of 7 nights).
- We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

- Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
- Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
- Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
- Syracuse Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.
- Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to collect the keys and access the apartment.
- Keys can be collected free of charge via on-site keybox.
- In case of problems, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 10pm.
- If you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
- - From 15:00 to 21:00: EUR 15.00;
- - From 21:00 to 23:00: EUR 25.00.
