Stunning apartment located in an amazingly well convenient area, in the heart of Malasaña neighborhood, five minutes’ walk from Gran Via and ten from Chueca neighborhood. Just in the city center.
The apartment consists of a facing outside big living room with two balconies and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped for all your needs. Three bedrooms- furnished all with double bed-. Two of them share a private bathroom- that is to say, two accesses in the same bathroom-, plus another one complet bathroom across the hall. Perfect for six people.
Near every local point of interest (both cultural and leisure spots). Leaving the flat you will run straight into de hustle and bustle of Madrid. Going in, you are guaranteed to enjoy peace and quiet.
The apartment is located on a second floor with elevator (there are just few steps from the elevator to the flat).
