Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction from the property. Other things to note: - As a courtesy note, there is some construction noise nearby, however this occurs from 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday, when you will most likely be out enjoying beautiful Brisbane. - The property is located on the ground floor. - The building is over 100 years old and you may occasionally hear footsteps from the upstairs neighbour.
