Located in South Palm Springs at the prestigious Biltmore Colony Condominiums, this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground level condo is only a few steps from pools, spas, fitness center, clubhouse and more.
This end unit has a large and nicely furnished patio with lots of space to enjoy the Palm Springs weather. The large primary bedroom has a King bed, generous walk-in closet, dual vanity bath and oversized shower. The second bedroom offers a Queen size bed with TV and cable, plus a guest bathroom in the hallway with shower/tub combo. The fully stocked kitchen opens up to the living room with lots of natural light, creating an open-air flow.
Enjoy full access to the resort-like amenities: 3 pools and 2 spas, BBQs, cabanas, and gym. The Biltmore Colony location is hard to beat with Koffi, Elmers, and the Ace Hotel nearby and shopping, entertainment & upscale restaurants just moments away.

This vacation home rents on a 30-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.
A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.
