Downtown Holiday at Plaza Villas Lovely 2-bedroom, 2 bath downstairs unit located just a few steps from the main pool of the Plaza Villas Condo Community which provides some of the best Mountain Views! You can grill up some BBQ on the private patio and soak in the Palm Springs sun as it is one of the best located condos in the community. It is just steps from the tennis courts and easy access to quickly jot to downtown Palm Springs or the Agua Caliente Casino across the street. Inside, you will find the kitchen with recently updated appliances with all the supplies needed to whip up a meal. There is plenty of space for you and your guests to gather, whether it is in the dining table or the living room with large HDTV. After a long day of swimming and playing tennis, you can rest your head in the primary bedroom that offers a King bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub condo. Your guests can sleep in the secondary bedroom which offers two twin beds, access to the second balcony, and TV. The guest bath is just outside this bedroom and offers a walk-in shower. Come and stay at Plaza Villas Mountain Views located in one of the best condo complexes in Palm Springs. The complex offers lighted tennis courts and two pools. You also have your own assigned covered parking space. Location cannot be beat! Steps from downtown. This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month. A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months. NO PETS WITHOUT APPROVAL - You must inform us if you wish to bring your dog. We will request information about your dog and may need to procure owner approval prior to confirming your reservation.
