Villa Katarina is located in the small town of Tinj. Tinj is located in Benkovac County and is near Biograd and Benkovac. Benkovac is a town in Dalmatia, about 30 kilometers from Zadar. It has a good traffic connection because it is located at the intersection between the road that leads from Zadar to Knin and the road that leads from Lika to the sea. Biograd na moru is another one of the most popular holiday destinations in Croatia, and it is also very popular as a sailing destination - this is the most indented part of the Croatian coast, so it is ideal for those who explore the sea. It is also the perfect place from which to visit Croatia’s numerous national and nature parks.
Villa Katarina, 370 m2 in size, has 4 bedrooms, 4 private bathrooms and a surrounding garden of 1020 m2 with a large private swimming pool with deckchairs, terrace with garden furniture, summer kitchen and a children’s playground with a trampoline and table tennis. The villa is fully air-conditioned, and there is a hot tub on the roof terrace, so you can enjoy the view of beautiful nature with a glass of your favorite drink.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people and is ideal for families with children. Your pets are also welcome to come with you. The villa itself is located in a secluded area in pure nature and is surrounded by a high wall so that you will have complete privacy.

The village's coastline stretches over 4 kilometers, featuring beautiful pebble beaches and secluded coves that invite relaxation and contemplation. Marina Dalmacija, one of the largest marinas on the Adriatic, is located here, providing excellent facilities for sailing enthusiasts and a picturesque backdrop for evening strolls.
Bibinje's cultural heritage is evident in its quaint streets, ancient churches, and traditional stone houses. The Church of St. Rocco and the Church of the Assumption are notable landmarks that reflect the village's historical and religious significance. The village's gastronomy is a highlight, with local taverns and restaurants serving fresh seafood and regional specialties. The flavors of the Mediterranean are celebrated here, with olive oil, wine, and locally grown produce featuring prominently in the cuisine. Dining al fresco by the sea, with the sound of waves and the scent of salt in the air, is an experience not to be missed.
