This warm and welcoming single story 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located at the quiet Villa de Las Flores complex in lovely South East Palm Springs. It features remodeled bathrooms with an enlarged primary bath shower. Ten foot ceilings in the living room create a roomy, airy atmosphere. The kitchen has been updated with Cambria countertops and glass backsplash, recessed lighting and stainless-steel dishwasher and refrigerator. Two comfortable bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep.
There is a washer and dryer in house, a very desired amenity that many condos do not offer. This end unit has the popular side entry front door and is just a few steps away from a pool. When it’s time to grill or chill, check out the amazing mountain views from the large rear patio. Villas De Las Flores is a wonderful community with 11 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, and a small gym. The sweet condo simply has all you need for a perfect home away from home in the desert!
This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis.
