Flight of Fancy was designed as the perfect beach escape for families and friends with plenty of space for all to relax and have fun. This 3 floor, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home has a well-stocked kitchen for cooking and entertaining with dining table seating for 10 and additional seats at the kitchen counter for mealtimes. The main floor’s open floor plan is made for gatherings with living and dining spaces easily flowing outdoors onto the deck.
Enjoy an expanded deck overlooking the forest. Get ready to dine and socialize surrounded by trees. The deck provides direct stair access to the freshly landscaped seating area on the lower level, where you can let the night linger in a covered, 6-seater hot tub.
Back inside, couples can relax in the master with king upstairs - a spacious quiet retreat. Laze in the armchairs and sip a glass of wine enjoying a treetop view by a crackling fire. Or watch a movie while the kids...

Flight of Fancy is located in the charming Alderwood District. Just a 5 minute walk to town center and the beach. Grab a picnic basket and spend the day at Crescent Park. This huge park features outdoor games, a bocce ball court, community fire pits, the playground, the basketball court and the indoor pool.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Flight of Fancy has an occupancy maximum of 8 guests and is a pet free home.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Flight of Fancy. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Only use hot tubs between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
