We are thrilled to share with you our Farmhouse at the Beach lovingly name “Field of Dream.” Our home is a modern farmhouse in the picturesque Farm District at Property Manager. We truly hope you enjoy the home as much as we do! Field of Dreams was professional decorated and all furniture is from our good friends at Olympia Furniture Company.
Field of Dreams is located in the Farm district faces onto the pocket park, Orchard Walk Park. Like all of the town parks, it has its own unique character including a bubbling water feature that provides a soothing backdrop as you relax on the front deck watching the sunrise or enjoying a perfect evening rocking in a chair. The park has lights stung along the walkway and the house is just steps from the forest and great hiking or mountain biking trails that weave throughout the quiet woods. Field of Dreams is located in the beautiful Farm District, just 10 minutes from town center and the beach. While strolling around the Farm District, stop by and say hi to the horses at the horse barn. Browse the community garden, throw the frisbee at Horseshoe Park and enjoy the community fire pits. Borrow rackets for a game at the tennis and pickleball courts.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Field of Dreams has an occupancy maximum of 10 guests and 2 dogs. Dog fee will be collected after confirmation.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Field of Dreams. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Only use hot tubs between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
