Welcome to Family Tides beach house.
Located right on Crescent Park - the perfect location for family games of horse-shoes, shuffle-board, volleyball, badminton, soccer, kickball, and for swimming in the indoor pool.
Our comfortable home has recently updated living and dining room furniture. Two queen bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms are located on the first floor. A large primary suite with king sized bed and full bath is located on the second floor.
The Stay and Play carriage house has one bedroom with a queen bed, full sized pull-out couch in the living area, and a 3/4 bath. The carriage house is equipped with a mini-kitchen, TV, and stereo.
Outdoor amenities include a brand-new hot-tub, gas barbeque (3 Burner Kenmore 430 Series Grill) and patio furniture.

Family Tides is located in the spectacular Greenway District. Stroll along the Woodland Promenade, rest in the Meriweather Square Pavilion or pick a trailhead and explore the forest. Homes in the Greenway District is just a quick 5 minute walk to town center and the beach.
