If you were a fan and guest of the former “Forest Echo” you will love this home. Being in a prime location and premier neighborhood on Meriweather Square, it is close to the beach (with a view from the sun porch), shops and restaurants, pool, trails and parks.
Endless Summer has gone through a complete transformation. It has all new flooring, new appliances, roof, a new 6 person hot tub and all new furniture. Everything was meticulously done and chosen with care to provide a comfortable place for you and your family to stay and play at the beach. There is place for everyone.
Endless Summer is a great place for family, friends and your furry companions. With multiple spaces inside and out there is always a place to relax, play games, nap, enjoy a glass of wine or watch movies. Endless Summer is located in the spectacular Greenway District. Stroll along the Woodland Promenade, rest in the Meriweather Square Pavilion or pick a trailhead and explore the forest. Homes in the Greenway District is just a quick 5 minute walk to town center and the beach.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Endless Summer has an occupancy maximum of 7 guests and 2 dogs. Dog fee will be collected after confirmation.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Endless Summer. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Only use hot tubs between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
