Welcome to Coastal Retreat, a modern farmhouse located in the Farm District. This home has been professionally decorated to provide everything you need for a comfortable escape at the coast. The Farm District offers a relaxed lifestyle in a rural setting that is only a short walk away from the beach or the shops on Market Street.
The first floor features an open concept gourmet kitchen and dining space with easy access to the large wrap around porch. A primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom is located on the main floor. A second primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom is on the second floor, along with a bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds. The second floor also includes an entertainment room for gaming and movies after a full day enjoying all of the amenities that Seabrook has to offer.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Coastal Retreat has an occupancy maximum of 8 guests and is a pet free home.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Coastal Retreat. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
