This homes beautifully upgraded kitchen opens to a spacious living area centered around a cozy fireplace. Enjoy family meals and games around a fun dining room table which is guaranteed to spark conversation. The kitchen is amply stocked for everything you need to prepare your meals, or plan to barbeque and relax on the wrap-around porch.
Cedar Cove can accommodate one family or two with two bedrooms and an additional queen sleeper sofa with a built-in air mattress in the living room. The primary bedroom includes a comfy queen-sized bed and soothing decor. The bunk room has a twin over full bunk bed, as well as a flat screen TV with built-in DVD player plus a selection of movies....

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Cedar Cove has an occupancy maximum of 6 guests and 2 dogs. Dog fee will be collected after confirmation.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Cedar Cove. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Only use hot tubs between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
