Whether you’re sunbathing on the sand or exploring the area’s parks, museums, bars, and restaurants, everything you need is within easy walking distance. Inside, each unit is thoughtfully designed with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and in-unit laundry for added convenience. After a day out, relax by the outdoor pool or unwind in the cozy, modern interiors.
Please note that on-site parking is not available; however, a paid public parking lot is conveniently located just in front of the building.

2. Age Requirement: The individual making the reservation is considered the primary guest and must be at least 21 years old.
3. Guest Limitations: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests, parties, or events will result in fines and eviction.
4. Occupancy Rules: Each room has a standard and a maximum occupancy, which may differ. Any guests beyond the standard occupancy will incur an additional fee. The website will automatically apply this fee if your booking exceeds the standard occupancy. For more details, feel free to contact us.
5. Noise Policy: Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Keep noise levels under 50 dBA at all times to avoid fines and possible eviction.
6. Smoking & Firearms: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking or bringing firearms will incur fines and legal action.
7. Pets: Pet policies vary by location—please confirm the specific rules for your destination prior to arriving with your pet. A $150.00 fee (plus tax) applies for the first pet, with an additional $250.00 (plus tax) for a second, totaling $400.00 (plus tax) for two pets. Fees apply regardless of size or breed. Excessive barking may result in fines.
8. Damages: Guests are responsible for any property damages and unreturned items. Please report any issues promptly to avoid potential charges for repairs or replacements.
