Apartments located in Plaça de Mossèn Muntanyola, just a few metres from Ponent Beach, one of the most central beaches in Salou, with very good facilities such as beach bars every few metres, sun lounger hire, children's playgrounds and nautical activities, and just 650 metres away from the Marina and its famous Jaime I promenade full of palm trees and ornamental fountains. They are located in the centre of the village, close to the Barcelona Street where you will find an endless number of shops, restaurants and bars for all tastes.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Capacity: These apartments have a maximum capacity of 4 people. Under no circumstances may the maximum capacity be exceeded.
- Age restrictions: Minimum age for check-in is 27 years. Reservations from youth groups are not accepted.
- Reservations from youth groups are not accepted.
- Arrival/Departure: The check-in time for the apartments is from 5:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the guest must vacate the property before 10:00 a.m.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in: 1.1 EUR per person per night (departure day not included) (adults up tp 17 years old). Applicable for a maximum of 7 days.
- Seasonal pool open from 1st april to 1st november.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking / Non-Smoking: Smoking is not allowed.
- Parties: No parties / events are allowed.
- Noise: Guests should at all times behave in a respectful and considerate manner towards other guests and neighbours, and try to keep the volume of their conversations, televisions and music moderate so as not to disturb others. Quiet hours are between 22:00h and 9:00h.
