Entering the house from the main entrance there is a living room area with flat screen tv and a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern amenities like dish washer, espresso machine ect.On the same floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom. There are 2 more floors the groond floor which is at the pool level with 2 more bedrooms ,one with one doudle bed and one with 2 sigle deds. One bathroom and a kitchenet.Outside on the same level there are is a BBq and a dinning table .Going upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms with one double bed each and one more bathroom with washing maching.All the spaces have air condition ,wifi and smart tvs.There is also private parking space for 2 cars.The house is fully fenced which ideal for children and families.

There are also several amenities round the corner. A very well taken property in which you can enjoy a perfect setting for relaxing with family and friends.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
