A third bedroom sleeps 4 perfect for the kids. Living/TV room on both levels perfect for large groups. All of the furnishings and appointments in this house are of the highest quality, conveying that cozy-comfy feeling that one is looking for in a mountain vacation. The downstairs of the house provides an excellent media and gaming space. Two covered porches, with fantastic views, put this home over the top. For hikers and horse owners this house is centrally located on the Leatherwood trail system with direct access and two separate paddocks able to accommodate up to 4 horses. This home is located in the 4000 acre, Leatherwood Mountain Resort in Ferguson, NC. Our guests are invited to enjoy our Horseback Riding program where you can experience the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains pristine wilderness by Horseback (reservation required). You will have access to miles of hiking trails, mountain streams, stocked fishing pond, community swimming pool, play ground and tennis courts, creek tubing (seasonal), on-site restaurant with active live music and; event calendar (guest advised to check hours when planning meals).

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- No Smoking, all registered guests must be 25 years of age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Check-in is after 4:00pm, check-out is before 11:00am. Please help us to protect our hikers, horseback riders and wildlife by always staying on your side of the road and not exceeding the speed limit of 15 MPH.
