The expansive entertainment deck spans the back of the house on both levels, with hot tub access from all four bedrooms and the rec room. Set within Leatherwood’s scenic trail system, Pinnacle Point also serves as a training-friendly horse facility with a 4-stall barn, tie stall, tack room, wash bay, round pen, turnout, and a picnic area. There’s plenty of parking and turnaround space on-site. Please note: Leatherwood’s roads are steep and narrow—only two-horse bumper pull or gooseneck trailers under 20 feet are recommended.
