Your family will love the golden sunset from the rooftop which is perfect to relax after a day at the beach or visiting theme parks. A fully covered section of the sky deck is complete with a casual TV lounge area, PlayStation 4 and pool table. It’s a brilliant space for teenagers to hang out or families to separate for some time out. The ground level is setup perfectly for large families. The home features polished concrete flooring, modern kitchen with butlers pantry, open plan dining and living which opens up to the private alfresco BBQ and outdoor dining overlooking the pool. The home has 5 full sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the second floor with its own walk in robe, double bathroom and balcony for your morning coffee. Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 are also on the second floor which share a large bathroom and separate toilet. Bedroom 5 is located on the ground floor having access to the bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. The location of WANDERLUST is walking distance to local shops and cafes in the area. Within 400m walk you will have access to multiple cafes, convenience stores, bottle shop, newsagent and plenty of takeaway including Chinese, Malay, Fish n Chips and Thai. Within a kilometre you can walk to the Pacific Fair shopping centre, Star Casino and most importantly the famous Broadbeach restaurant, shopping and beach district. A $2,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.
